PRINTING POLICIES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please read our printing policies below carefully before placing an order.
Our minimum is 24 pcs per graphic /per style/ per color.
Complete payment must be made prior to starting any production, that includes, mock ups, sizing approval, artwork re-creation, ordering apparel, etc.. We will not begin an order without full payment. *Note: Turnaround time starts after payment has been made.
All shirt sizes in an order will be printed with the same size graphic. The graphic is sized to your smallest size shirt. A different graphic size will be considered as a new order and a minimum piece amount of 24 is required.
Our turnaround varies depending on the workload. Standard turnaround time is 5-7 business days, sometimes we can be at 7-10 business days and in some rare cases we can go as long as 7-12 business days. Before placing the order we will let you know what our turnaround is at the time you place your order.
The screen fee is the service fee charge for burning a screen. It’s a fee charged to cover the manual labor that goes into creating a screen. Please note that screens are property of Indigo Prints Inc. It does not mean they are clients property; a screen fee will be charged per design, per color. We keep your design on screens for 6 months. If the design is not used again before the 6 months, when you have a reprint after the 6 months you will have to pay a screen re-burning fee ( please see price list for current reorder fee).
Once the design has been approved via digital mock-up you are assuring us that everything looks good on your print. We are not responsible for any designs printed incorrectly if mockup was approved as is. Please review your mock-up carefully before approving. Mock ups will be sent via email 1-3 business days after order has been placed. Mock ups just demonstrate proper sizing, placement and color proximity. *Note: If your order has multiple fabric color ways your design will only be mocked up in one color way of your choice. All other requests are subject to our graphic design fee of $65 per hour.
UNDER RUNS/ SPOILAGE
Due to the nature of screen printing, Indigo Prints will not be responsible for up to 5% on jobs of 100 shirts per design and up to 10% on jobs of less than 100 pcs. Please keep this in mind when ordering (it is never a bad idea to order extras). We always do our best to get you what you ordered, if we exceed our damage allowance we will refund you the cost of any items shorted from your order but will not process a reprint for less than 10% of your order (or 10 shirts minimum).
DROP SHIP & CONTRACT PRINTING
If you drop ship garments directly to us from the manufacturer we will not be responsible for any shortages or damages sent to us. We do check and count pieces but it is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly check and verify that what you order directly from the manufacturer is what you wanted. If you do not do that, then it is not our responsibility if garments are not shipped directly as you requested.
All techniques vary in washing endurance, please follow the care label instructions attached to the garment. Garments with any decoration applied please wash inside out.
*Note: Please note that water based and discharge printing will fade in the first wash.
CANCELLATIONS & RESTOCKING FEES
After payment has been made, there will be no changes to your order, if it includes changing sizes, style or color of apparel. Changes can be made in the artwork, if the art approval has not yet been approved. Additional fees may apply to any changes made. A restocking fee will be charged if the customer chooses to cancel the order after payment is made. Restocking fee varies depending on the order. It ranges from 25-35% + shipping fees.Indigo Prints is not responsible for styles that are out of stock. Your apparel order is placed after you place your order with us therefore we cannot guarantee their availability since stock fluctuates daily.
LABELS & TAG REMOVALS (TEARAWAYS)
Printed labels are an additional set-up, screen and print. If you would like printed labels let us know. We do not remove the existing label unless it is a tear away and the customer has indicated to remove the tear away label. Unfortunately we do not sew in labels or cut sewn labels without an additional label cleaning fee.
Indigo prints are not liable for manufacturer's defects, including but not limited to: sewing inconsistency, color variation between garments, manufacture label inconsistency, tears, loose thread etc. We do our best to provide you with the best quality styles, if we catch something that does not look right we will contact our vendor to come up with a solution.
Indigo Prints is not responsible for inconsistencies due to manufacturing treatments to the garments, such as special washes and dyes.
Due to the nature of discharge printing, discharge will not look exactly the same in every print. Some fabrics could discharge differently than others. We are not responsible for any discharge inconsistencies due to the fabric.
ART & FILES
When working on your artwork we usually keep a folder for each individual client with their original art file used to do separations with. We will not use, sell or reproduce your artwork by any means, it is just a safety record for us in the event of a reprint. However if you would like us to delete the files we can and will do so. Keep in mind if you do have a reprint with us you will have to provide the file again and if there were any changes made to the artwork on our end (per your request) you will have to pay an art service fee again
CLAIMS AND OR MISSING ITEMS
We try to ensure that every order that leaves our facility is correct. All of our customers are valued customers, regardless of size. All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of the date of delivery/pick up. If Indigo Prints is responsible for any errors in your order, we will gladly accept responsibility for the issues and will reprint the shirts printed in error. We do not offer refunds, but will gladly reprint any production errors that exceed the spoilage rate.
We will require that you ship the misprinted shirts back to our shop (we will provide you with a UPS label and will cover shipping costs). Indigo Prints will not be responsible for any shirts sold or given away prior to returning the order. We are also not responsible if your order was lost by any major shipping company if you decide not to purchase shipping insurance from the shipper. Any orders picked up from delivery or car rides services (such as uber or lyft) are also not our responsibility. Once your order leaves our facility we are not responsible for your order.
